New Professional Staff Orientation

In September 2021, Superintendent of Schools Kevin W. Mulvey, J.D., welcomed approximately 60 newly hired professional staff to Quincy Public Schools. New teachers participated in a two-day (Wednesday, September 1 and Thursday, September 2) New Professional Staff Orientation at Quincy High School, to learn about districtwide information available to staff and students. Topics discussed included Academic and Student Support Services, Educator Evaluation Process and Procedures, Technology, Student Records Confidentiality, Restorative Practices, Security and Transportation, etc. Special thanks to the following Quincy School ~ Community partners, AXA Equitable/ Scott Novak, Christine Pacini, Greg Quinn, Baystate Financial/ Mike Rothberg, Montilio’s Bakery, Quincy Credit Union, and the Quincy Education Association for sponsoring breakfast and lunch each day of the New Professional Staff Orientation.
